Our cancellation and refund policies are structured to guarantee your consumer rights while providing straightforward procedures.

14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period

Under European law, consumers residing in the EU have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification or incurring penalties.

For digital subscriptions or services, the 14-day cancellation period commences on the day the purchase agreement is concluded. For physical goods or publications, the 14-day window begins on the day you or an authorized third party physically receives the goods.

Simple Cancellation Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us through an unequivocal statement by email or postal mail:

• Include your full name, order reference or transaction ID, and purchase date.
• You do not need to provide a formal reason, though feedback helps us enhance our services.

We will send you an immediate written acknowledgment of receipt via email.

Reimbursement Timelines & Method

Upon receipt of your valid withdrawal request, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date we were informed of your decision.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any administrative fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return of Physical Items

If returning physical printed educational manuals or books, goods must be returned in their original condition, unsoiled and with original packaging intact, within 14 days of withdrawal notification to our registered office:
